A cooperation agreement was signed between ON AIR GROUP and The University of Manchester – Dubai, marking a strategic step toward enhancing continuous education, leadership development, and strengthening the connection between academic institutions and the business sector in the region.
The signing took place during the 4th edition of the CEO Women Conference.
The agreement comes as part of the shared vision between ON AIR GROUP and The University of Manchester – Dubai to promote continuous learning and empower talent in the region through strategic partnerships that support professional development and innovation.
The memorandum focuses on expanding collaboration in the areas of higher education, professional development, executive training, and joint research, in alignment with market needs and the growing demand for leadership capabilities across various sectors.
Dr. Mona Morad, Chief Executive Officer of ON AIR GROUP, represented the company in signing the agreement, while Ms.Randa Bessiso, Founding Director – Middle East at The University of Manchester Dubai, represented the university reflecting the commitment of both institutions to expanding partnerships that support the future of education and leadership in the region.
ON AIR GROUP and The University of Manchester – Dubai affirm that this partnership marks a significant step toward launching innovative programs that strengthen talent empowerment and reinforce the leadership role of women and future changemakers in the regional economy.
