CEO Women Launches “She FinTech” Competition to Empower Women in FinTech and Digital Innovation with Total Awards of USD 120,000

CEO Women has announced the launch of She FinTech, a major competitive initiative aimed at empowering women in FinTech and Digital Innovation. The competition comes as part of CEO Women’s ongoing commitment to supporting female entrepreneurs across the region and builds on the success of the Entrepreneur Zone featured within CEO Women’s flagship events.

The initiative offers total awards of USD 120,000, including USD 50,000 in financial support and USD 70,000 in technical support, designed to fuel innovative ideas and accelerate the growth of women-led ventures. The initiative reflects CEO Women’s strong belief that investing in women’s creativity is essential to driving economic and social development.

Mona Morad, Founder and CEO of CEO Women, highlighted the significance of the competition, stating:

The competition expands regionally to include participants from across the Middle East and North Africa, establishing She FinTech as a leading platform that brings together women innovators and fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange across the region.

The winning companies will be announced during a special ceremony held at the closing of the CEO Women 2026 events in Cairo, in the presence of distinguished leaders, experts, and key figures from the financial and technology sectors.
