تنطلق الرؤية التي يتبناها المؤتمر من إيمانٍ راسخٍ بأن المرأة تتأثر مثلها تماما مثل الرجل بتحديات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بل إن المرأة كثيرًا ما تكون أشد تأثرًا بهذه التحديات، ومن ثم يجب أن تكون شريكًا في عمليات صنع القرار في جميع المجالات، بالقوة نفسها التي يشارك بها الرجل، وبالكفاءة نفسها، على أن يكون تمثيلًا عادلًا في مراكز اتخاذ القرارات الاقتصادية كافة.
وتتمثل الرؤية الأساسية لمؤتمر المديرات التنفيذيات العربيات ” CEO Women” في تعزيز الحوار والتعاون بين نخبةٍ من صناع القرار في العالم العربي حول سبل تطوير السياسات العربية وبرامجها المختلفة لدمج المرأة المصرية والعربية وتطوير تمثيلها على مستوى القرار والتخطيط والتنفيذ، بما يضمن تقديم الدعم لرائدات الأعمال، وصاحبات المشاريع التجارية.
وتأتي هذه الرؤية تماشيًا مع أهداف الرؤية التي أطلقتها خطة مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030 التي تسعى إلى دمج المرأة في قطاع الأعمال وفي التخطيط الإستراتيجي للدولة، وتذليل كافة العقبات أمامها لتساهم بفعالية في تنفيذ البرامج القومية، بما يضمن تفعيل معايير الإدارة الرشيدة لموارد الدولة ومقدراتها.
وتحت رعايةٍ حكومية مصرية موسعة يسعى المؤتمر إلى تعزيز الحوار والتعاون بين نخبةٍ من صنَّاع القرار على المستوى العالمي حول سبل تطوير برنامج السياسة العالمية، بما يضمن تقديم الدعم لرائدات الأعمال، وصاحبات المشاريع التجارية، فضلاً عن بحث سبل تطوير الإستراتيجيات الحالية، والفرص الكامنة، والدراسات التي تسهم في تمكين المرأة في مجموعة من القطاعات المختلفة – كالتوريد، والموارد، وتخطيط المدن، والتكنولوجيا والطاقة، والاستثمار، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- بما يضمن تعزيز التزام المنظمات المعنية بالتدابير وخطط الأعمال المقترحة.
المهمة
تتمثل المهمة الرئيسية التي يسعى المؤتمر لتحقيقها في تعزيز المكانة الريادية التى وصلت إليها المرأة في القطاعات الاقتصادية والاستثمارية المختلفة، وتشجيع المرأة على التفوق والتميز في المجالات كافة من خلال عرض وإبراز النماذج الناجحه من السيدات ذوات المكانة العلمية والاقتصادية المرموقة، والمديرات التنفيذيات اللواتي حققن إنجازات رائعة ونجاحات كبيرة استطعن من خلالها الوصول عن جدارة إلى قوائم التصنيف العالمية والعربية المهتمة بتصنيف أقوى سيدات الأعمال والمديرات التنفيذيات في العالم.
لا تقتصر أهدافنا على ذلك، بل تمتد لتدشين صندوقٍ لدعم وتمويل مشاريع ريادة الأعمال للفتيات ورائدات الأعمال العربيات، بإشراف حكومي، ووفقًا للوائح القانونية المنصوص عليها، والتمهيد لإطلاق حاضنة أعمال خاصة بالمرأة العربية في مجال التجارة والأعمال، وعرض التجارب الناجحة والملهمة للفتيات ورائدات الأعمال العربيات من مختلف المجتمعات العربية والتعرف على أسباب نجاحهن في تحقيق أهدافهن رغم المعوقات والصعوبات المختلفة التي واجهنها.
وبهدف تشجيع التجارب النسائية، وتحفيز الفتيات العربيات على اقتحام عالم ريادة الأعمال واقتفاء أثر رائدات الأعمال الناجحات؛ تم تخصيص عدة جوائز لتمويل وتنفيذ أفضل المشاريع التي سيتم تقديمها للمؤتمر في مجال ريادة الأعمال للفتيات ودعم المشروعات والصناعات الصغيرة.
ولأن القدوة لها دور قوي في تحفيز وتشجيع ودعم التمكين للمرأة في المجالات كافة؛ فقد قرر المؤتمر اختيار وتكريم الشخصية النسائية العربية الأكثر تأثيرًا في مجال الإدارة والقيادة لعام 2022، بجانب تخصيص جوائز لأكثر المديرات التنفيذيات وسيدات الأعمال العربيات اللاتي حققن إنجازات قوية للمؤسسات الاقصادية أو الشركات التي يترأسنها، تقديرا لدورهن في تطوير ودعم التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، وإبداعهن في الإدارة، وتعزيز دور المرأة في اتخاذ القرارات الاقتصادية وتعظيم دورها في النشاط التجاري والاستثماري.
Vision
The vision adopted by the conference proceeds from a firm belief in the impact of economic and social development challenges on the woman just as the man. Indeed, the woman is frequently more severely affected by these challenges, so she must be a partner in decision-making processes in all fields on equal terms with the man with the same force and efficiency. Her representation should be equitable in all the economic decision-making centers. The main vision of the “CEO Women” Conference is to enhance dialogue and cooperation between the elites of decision-makers in the Arab world on ways of developing Arab policies and their various programs to integrate Egyptian and Arab women and develop their representation at the level of decision making, planning and implementation, to ensure support for female entrepreneurs. This vision is consistent with the goals of the Egyptian Sustainable Development vision 2030, which seeks to integrate the woman into the business sector and the state’s strategic planning through overcoming all the obstacles faced by her to contribute effectively to the implementation of national programs, ensuring the activation of the rational management standards of the state’s resources and capabilities. Under the expanded auspices of the Egyptian government, the conference seeks to promote dialogue and cooperation between the elite of decision-makers at the global level regarding ways of developing the global policy program. This will ensure support for women entrepreneurs and business owners, and contribute to discuss ways to develop current strategies, potential opportunities, and studies that contribute to the empowerment of women across a various range of sectors – such as procurement, resources, urban planning, technology and energy, as well as investment, to name a few. This is expected to ensure consolidating the commitment of the concerned organizations to maintaining the proposed measures and action plans.
Mission
The conference’s primary mission is to strengthen the leading position of the woman in various economic and investment sectors, to encourage her to achieve superiority in all fields. This can be done by highlighting successful models of women who have high scientific and economic status, and female CEOs who have achieved remarkable achievements enabled them to be listed in the Arab and world ranking lists of the most powerful businesswomen and female CEOs in the world.
Our goals extend to launching a fund to support and finance the entrepreneurship projects for Arab female entrepreneurs, under government supervision, and in accordance with the stipulated legal regulations, paving the way for launching a business incubator for Arab women in trade and business, as well as presenting the successful and inspiring experiences of Arab female entrepreneurs in various Arab societies to understand the reasons of their success and how they can achieve their goals against all odds.
Several awards are allocated to finance and implement the best projects that will be presented in entrepreneurship for young Arab females, with targeting support to small enterprises, in order to encourage women’s experiences, and motivate young Arab females to break into the entrepreneurship and emulate the successful examples of female entrepreneurs.
A number of actions are taken to use positive role models as examples to stimulate and support women empowerment; the conference decides to select and honor the most influential Arab woman in management and leadership for the year 2022. Also, awards are allocated for the most successful Arab female CEOs and businesswomen who have made notable achievements for their economic institutions, in appreciation of their pivotal role in developing and supporting the economic empowerment of women, their creativity in management, as well as their effect in enhancing the role of women in making economic decisions and maximizing their role in commercial and investment activity.
