The CEO Women 2025 Conference hosted a Fireside Chat titled “The Future of the Next Generation in Business: Women and Wealth Management,” exploring the growing influence of next-generation women in shaping the future of wealth, leadership, and business transformation across family enterprises and regional markets.
The discussion was moderated by Rana Boulos, Partner and Director of Business Development International at the EITEP EURO Institute – Germany, with the participation of:
– Riham Fathy Ellaw, Board Member, Nassar Group
– Racha Mezher, Founder and CEO of WealthRise Management, a leading investment firm redefining wealth management ( Europe and the Middle East ).
The session addressed several key themes, including the evolving dynamics of wealth transfer and the pivotal role women play in reshaping legacy, governance, and succession within family businesses. The conversation also highlighted the emerging leadership mindset of second-generation women who are driving innovation and bringing a global perspective to business growth. In addition, the discussion explored the impact of digital transformation on wealth management, emphasizing how technology and sustainability are reshaping asset strategies. The speakers further underscored the importance of empowerment and education in preparing the next generation of women to make informed decisions, invest confidently, and lead with resilience.
The session underscored the expanding role of women in wealth leadership across the region, affirming that the next generation will continue to move toward more sustainable, innovative models that seamlessly integrate technology with long-term vision.
