In a scene reflecting the growing leadership role of women in the global digital economy, Dr.Mona Morad, Founder of CEO Women, participated in the International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF 2026), held in Kuwait. She delivered a keynote address and chaired a high-level session titled “Women Shaping the Future of Technology”, in collaboration with the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO).
During her participation, Dr.Mona Morad presented an advanced strategic vision for CEO Women, centered on redefining women’s role as key drivers of digital transformation rather than mere participants. She emphasized the importance of building enabling ecosystems that empower women to access decision making positions within the digital economy.
She also highlighted the She FinTech initiative as a leading regional model that is reshaping women’s participation in the financial technology sector, by fostering innovation, enhancing access to funding, and creating broader opportunities for integration into digital entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Dr. Mona Morad further commended the strategic role played by the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) in advancing digital inclusion particularly in relation to women’s empowerment through forward looking policies and strengthened international partnerships that keep pace with rapid technological transformation.
This participation reflects CEO Women’s ongoing commitment to expanding its global impact by building effective alliances, supporting influential female leadership models, and contributing to the development of a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable digital economy at both regional and international levels.
