
CEO Women has officially announced the nomination of Sandrine El Khodry as President of CEO Women Europe, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s international expansion strategy and its vision to strengthen its presence across Europe and global business markets.

Sandrine El Khodry currently serves as Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Alcatel-Lucent, one of the world’s leading providers of secure networking and communication solutions. She leads the company’s global commercial strategy and oversees an international network of business partnerships and sales operations, with a clear ambition: positioning Alcatel-Lucent as a trusted partner for critical, secure and outcome-driven transformation.
With nearly three decades of international experience in technology, telecommunications, leadership, and business transformation, Ms. El Khodry has built an outstanding global career through leadership positions at major international companies including Airbus, British Telecom, eUNetworks, and Alcatel-Lucent.
Her expertise spans mobility solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, customer experience, and international business development, making her one of the most influential global leaders in the technology and business sectors.
Ms. El Khodry is also widely recognized for her multicultural leadership approach and her ability to lead global teams across diverse international environments. Having lived and worked across Europe while maintaining strong connections to the Middle East, she brings a unique international perspective that aligns closely with CEO Women’s vision for global collaboration and cultural connectivity.
In addition to her executive leadership role, Ms. El Khodry serves as a Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Government and actively supports entrepreneurship and international business initiatives. She is also known as a speaker, mentor, and thought leader in leadership, organizational culture, and transformation.
